Charlotte is Director, Infrastructure Delivery at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, Canada’s largest port. She provides strategic leadership within the port authority’s Properties and Development Division, overseeing the planning, approvals, procurement, and construction delivery of major infrastructure projects that support Canada’s trade and supply chain capacity.

With over 20 years of experience, Charlotte brings deep expertise in advancing complex capital projects and enabling trade growth. Since joining the port authority in 2014, she has led multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project planning and delivery, working closely with industry, government, First Nations, and community partners to deliver impactful infrastructure.

Charlotte holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Simon Fraser University.
